About the role of AI Founding Engineer at Assuric 🚀
We are seeking a highly motivated and technical AI Founding Engineer to join our amazing team and support with building out end-to-end features for our customers, with a focus on our AI stack, This will be fun, fast-paced, and highly rewarding!

What You'll Do
- Own and scale our core AI architecture including agentic workflows, embeddings, and low latency chat backing several core product features.
- Build secure, high-availability infrastructure whilst meeting our high bar for engineering standards
- Design observable and maintainable AI interference tooling and evals
- Work across the stack: backend, frontend, AI devops
- Drive new product features end-to-end from idea to deploy
- Collaborate closely with the founders on product strategy, technical direction, and customer feedback
